About Us The Advertiser News is the community newspaper of Spring Hill, Thompson's Station and surrounding areas in Middle Tennessee.
The popular community publication, serving one of the fastest growing communities in the United States, is delivered every Wednesday to every home and business in Spring Hill and Thompson's Station by the United States Postal Service.
Jeff Bryant founded the community publication in 2003 with the help of David Hancock. The paper focuses on local events, community news, school news and sports, and development and growth in the community. Bryant sold the newspaper (along with sister publications Franklin Life and Brentwood Life) to Stephens Media Group in 2005 who owns a number of newspapers, including the nearby Columbia Daily Herald.
